The good news is that you can lose this weight and get in the best shape of your life. It will take a little work because there is no such thing as overnight abs.

In this article I want to share with a few steps you can take to get rid of that extra flab that surrounds the greatest parts of your body. Let's melt that fat away and uncover what really lies beneath the surface.

Step #1-

You don't have a lot of time until Summer is here. Luckily you have enough time to get your body back in shape and looking great. The only way you'll make that happen is if you come up with a plan. You need to come up with a detailed plan of how you're going to lose the extra weight and build up your abs. This plan needs to include things like eating healthy and exercising more. Your plan should also have a deadline. In your case you want to look soon so make sure you put down a deadline to create urgency.

Step #2-

To help make your plan a reality there are a few things that you have to do. One of the most important things you can do is get organized. Organization is a key to making your body look great. As you probably know you need to eat healthy and exercise to get great results. This can be difficult if you're not organized. Every Monday I follow the same plan. I write down what meals I am going to eat during the week. Then I run to the store to buy the food to make the meals. After that I plan what days I am going to exercise and for what amount of time.

Step #3-

The last step is to take action. Take a step every day to get closer to your goal. If you make an effort everyday to do something no matter how small to reach your goal you'll see success. Isn't it time that you quit dreaming about being the one with the fabulous body? It's time to make it a reality and it's closer than you think.
