
Arms denote the strength of a man. Nowadays men are all busy pumping iron to get that Sylvester Stallone look. These are four tips to build biceps fast.
Besides bicep curls and triceps extensions it is advisable to go in for chin ups and dips. This helps all the muscles of your upper body to be exercised and help you to use heavier weights that help in working out your chest and back also. By doing this your arms are fully engaged and this helps in building the biceps.
You can vary your arm positions by placing them in front during some arm curl exercises and behind during others. This builds biceps evenly and the thickness is felt through out the arms. Another exercise that helps in building your arms is the bench press. This helps in overall shape of the upper body so that your arms do not look odd like huge mountains on a thin hand.
Besides the other two exercises push ups are the most important exercise for obtaining bulging biceps. Generally this can be done by lying down flatly on the floor and lifting your body up and pushing down slowly. This way the stomach and arm muscles clench and get exercised as well as the entire body weight is on your arms helping to achieve beef cakes on your biceps. Do it regularly for a minimum of 30 times a day.
Holding iron dumb bells in both hands and lifting your hand slowly, one hand at a time and rotating your hand also helps in building sleeve busting biceps. All these exercises help in not only building arms but also in upper body building to give you a shape of the perfect 'T'. Enjoy your summer sporting a casual look in just your shorts and swimwear.
